Polyprotect®

The Polyprotect® system is a special molding technique based on polyurethane. We coat the inner core with a very hard-wearing and flexible surface. The solvent and plasticizer-free closed-cell outer shell is particularly suitable for medical use. Biological compatibility according to EN ISO 10993-5:2009 has been proven. A big advantage of Polyprotect® is the choice of foam hardness, which we can offer from "very hard" to "soft".
A viscoelastic version is recommended for greater patient comfort.
The outstanding hygienic properties of this special surface have proven to be extremely useful for cleaning and disinfection. Due to the form-bound process, detailed 3D geometries and customer-specific solutions can be implemented very well. The foam can also be combined with other materials and components (GRP, metals, plastics, etc.). Our Polyprotect system also offers a large selection of colours.
